Culture is the characteristics and knowledge of a particular group of people encompassing language, religion, cuisine, social habits, music and arts, the arts and other manifestations of human intellectual achievement regarded collectively. We must learn to adapt ways of living with the ideals, customs and social behavior of a particular people or society in which we live. Culture upholds all the ways of life, including food, beliefs and institutions of a population that are handed down from one generation to another.

Culture is an umbrella term encompassing attitudes, habits and capabilities of individuals that work together as a group. Culture embodies the ideas and norms of a group; it is the sum-total of the ideal patterns and norms of behavior of a group. Cultural artifacts that have handed down in an ancestry inclusive of phones, jewelry, and clothing are all inclusive of a good culture. In my culture a successor is given ‘a cup’ to use for drinking, this is typical of kinsmen and women who have been enthrone by the traditional rites.

As members of a cultural group we are presented with the binding factors which fall in place because a culture does not die out, it must be handed down from generation to generation as seen in the cultural tech environment where we are experiencing the fourth generation of tech savvy people. In this milieu we see 1g technology handed down to 2g then to 3g and presently we are in the 4g tech savvy generation. The 5g technology is forecasted with self-driving cars and crypto currency, Countries like China and the United States are embracing innovation and with time it will come to pass. Today we are using the 4g phones with MTN (mobile telephone network) we have a variety of phone companies with phones of different trademarks, gone are the days when the fixed phone attached to its chord used to ring and we will run to answer, gone are the telegrams and faxes which are replaced by emailing using Yahoo, Google etc

In social culture we see that a system is a human population viewed in its ecological context and as one of the many subsystems of a larger ecological system; we must make the right moves to keep in touch with the culture as we share the generational effects. In the cultural arena we are looking for interactions, there is a collection of people who interact and share a sense of unity on account of a common ethnic, ancestral, generational or regional identity. Socio-culture is related to the different groups of people in society, a good Doctor has the ability to relate to socio-cultural background of his or her patents.
