As teaching staff winning bread from health care provider lessons it will be appalling to sit and watch all of us go through this same ordeal of hospitalization and billing over and over because we all have one life to live and one life time on earth so let’s make the most of it, this can be better through another type of health care systems, hospital visits for checking and balancing the levels of toxins in the systems, checking the cancer symptoms before to eliminate the tumor before it devastates the whole systems. It will be a waste of time belaboring the point, the bottom of the matter is the doctors and nurses will take your specimens check your body for all possible toxins and provide you early preventive measures so you will live long enough to provide charity to the needy, so endeavor to take precaution with your well being in the following ways. It is costly to the eyes of the blind but it is sensible to the sick, better late than never, a stitch in time saves nine, make hay while the sun shines, if you are penny wise you will be pound foolish, schedule time for your family doctor, he will be there for you in case of an emergency.

1) Check-up

In a physical examination, a medical examination, or a clinical examination, a medical practitioner examines, they review your family history and keep in your family profile, they find out if you are due for any general screenings or vaccinations because prevention is better than cure, this is because you are seeking medical advice on how to live a healthy life.

2) Insurance

Medical insurance is a type of insurance coverage that covers the whole or part of the risk of a person incurring medical expenses, it is good for individuals and for families today, it is for a premium price. Some businesses may do it for their staff, there are a variety of plans and the amount you pay varies depending what you chose to cover such as dental, vision etc. Chose wisely and pay wisely because together achieves better.

3) Early diagnosis

In medical history early medical diagnosis decreases mortality rate, especially with cancer screening, we all will die someday but just do your best to not make a mess of your own body while you live here on earth.

Generally eating habits affect health, constipation, migraines, heart disease, diabetes, this is important to note because when your staples are regularly towards one class of food it over weighs on you causing pain and malaise in the long run, it overwhelms your system.

I don’t butter, I don’t margarine, I don’t sugar, I don’t meat — etc

All these things need a special class called dietetics 407 which we will create in some few years to come, for the moment as a healthy individual eat all you can and can afford; dietetics is a very short course so some people want to go ahead online and pick a few tips to join this my small piece of thought right here and now. Water increases the rate of metabolism and flushes out your toxins so whenever you take too much concentrated fluids flush them out shortly after wards with water, it is simple. Lemon water daily is a good cleansing and body toner, ginger ale is good for colds and it burns fat, physical exercise is compulsory and it burns fats. To conclude, include bits of this raw garlic, onions to your diet, it has antibiotics properties.
