Ethics is all about goodness, a fore taste of goodness, right and wrong good and bad to decipher where to take a stand with governing. We hear of work ethics too much more than anything else but there are many other types of ethical subjects however because many people like to find and keep a job, the topic should be more relevant in relation to working as colleagues and working adults. All cultures must embrace the best choice to suit a group in place such that the ethical situation should be compelling and engaging in the milieu; it depends also on the owner’s morality and the community. Gift giving is the most common and highest favored positive aspect that is binding across the globe in terms of work and organizations. Sharing artifacts, costumes, bags, writing materials like crayons, pens, Biro, rulers, are typical for all works of life; so take your time when you want to share with someone to pick the best one available.
