Faith

Faith is confidence in the almighty who is the creator of all things. Christian studies are gearing towards training adult learners on what right and wrong is. Ethics of what good and bad is can be very broad and subtle because Christianity has quite a vast variety of denominations. The field of Christian and Religious Ethics is the place where study is focused on the way in which religious beliefs shape views of human flourishing and the kinds of conduct that promote and detract from it. It is a higher dimension of what morality implies; not looking like charity or promotion but having sense of duty not compelled by the pressures of the world but having honor in serving human needs.

It is a serious study that works on the mind of the learner to yield into self-consciousness in dealing with everyday decisions. We make use of our own judgments based on where we stand in the moral arena which is inclusive of all the terms that define morality in relation to consciousness such as doctrine, faith, philosophy, dogma, mystery, deity, laity, clergy, Satan, God, atheists, agnostic, theism and so on and so forth. We need to take a moral stand point which remains based on the faith, does it have any moral value, what moral point it makes, make a moral decision.

The question of right or wrong is synonymous to good and bad and leaves a margin in between, a place where you take your stand. In Christianity the Pentecostal have the pastors and the men of God living together with mothers and children in the ministry of faith sharing, gospel sharing and evangelizing meanwhile the Catholic has the reverend living separate from the other Christians because they need to understand the word that will keep the sheepfold eyes on the shepherd. The bottom line is Christ and his mission to save us from sin and spiritual dead; we got to keep the flame of love which is rooted in the love of Christ burning and shining light on the whole world. By his sacrificial death Christ is raised and he sent us the Holy Spirit like he promised on Pentecost so we can walk with newness of life.
