May 1, Labor Day is a day set aside to celebrate the work we do, on this special day colleagues have good reason to come together and share the culture of making merry. Most of them come out in groups in their numbers to say they mean much to each other and will have a bit of something edible and take some drinks as the country enjoys drinking as a culture, one people one beer to sip down the throat. The labor market is full of interesting characters who share years of experience at their job; some celebrate recognition by their employer for so many years of service. The labor force can be divided into levels where unskilled labor and skilled labor are two divisions, this looks like white collar jobs as opposed to manual work.

The workforce or labor force is a concept referring to the pool of human beings either in employment or in unemployment. It is generally used to describe those working for a single company or industry, but can also apply to a geographic region like a city, state, or country. The labor force comprises all those who work for gain, whether as employees, employers, or as self-employed, and it includes the unemployed who are seeking work. The labor force includes all people age 16 and older who are classified as either employed or unemployed. Labor represents the human factor in producing the goods and services of an economy, finding enough people with the right skills to meet increasing demand. This often results in rising wages in some industries.
