DEMOS
Democracy is a combination of two words ‘demos’ meaning people and ‘kratia’ meaning power or rule. An authority to the will of the general good, somebody, someone must take charge and this time it is me in writing. Possession of control to influence others. A president heads a nation just like a king heads a kingdom. The king of kings reigns over all; a sovereign, a deity, a knight of valor. They all govern and administer in different capacities offering justice, punishment to correct misconduct, feasts for honoring and celebrating. Having control of or dominion over an area or a people such that their normal and customary state of things is maintained.
Rules and regulation are guidance to governance. A rule offers room for success or benefit of some sort. An important rule is to drink plenty of water during any flight, by and large the rules for healthy eating are the same during pregnancy as at any other time. Fruits after meals.
