Racism is prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism by an individual, community, or institution against a person or people on the basis of their membership in a particular racial or ethnic group, typically one that is a minority or marginalized. Racism is a belief or doctrine that inherent differences among the various human racial groups determine cultural or individual achievement, it takes different forms and can happen in many places, it includes prejudice discrimination or hatred directed at someone. Racism is a pandemic you see it everywhere you go and must be able to handle it else you will be infected by it.

The skin color is typical of racism where the white race is of the white skin color as opposed to the black race which comprises the people of color. The colored people are people with a variation of colors be they black, brown, dark, albino, fair, and mixed consisting of the black and white pigmentation of the skin for someone born by both races. The white skin is supposed to be superior over the colored people no matter the situation at hand. For us when you think of being fellow humans it does not matter if you are black or white, we stand for humanity and diversity

The belief that humans may be divided into separate and exclusive biological entities called “races”, that there is a causal link between inherited physical traits and traits of personality, intellect, morality, and other cultural and behavioral features and that some races are innately superior to others. Racism is also applied to political economic or legal institutions and systems that engage in or perpetuate discrimination on the basis of race or otherwise reinforce racial inequalities in wealth and income, education, health care, civil rights, and other races.

Every day each and every one of us can stand up against racial prejudice and disrespectful attitudes. Let’s build a world beyond racism and discrimination, where we all exercise our human rights. Be a human rights champion, join us in fighting racism, wherever we see racism we must condemn it without reservation, without hesitation, without qualification, no country can claim to be free of racism, it is a global concern, and tackling it requires a universal effort. Take your place and make the world a better place for you and for me, let’s all have zero tolerance for racism and discrimination. A lot of people are committed to making racial equity a cornerstone of their work; they tend to think about race in their daily lives, and they have chosen to stand out where race is the issue.
