Travel takes us out of our comfort zones and inspires us to see, taste and try new things. It constantly challenges us, not only to adapt to and explore new surroundings, but also to engage with different people, to embrace adventures as they come and to share new and meaningful experiences with friends and loved ones. The purpose of travel is connected with building social relationships, opportunities to learn and grow, and commitment. It gives us the chance to be truly engaged in an activity, to develop new skills and to discover new cultures. It brings us closer to ourselves and others

The travel world is vast and people go by land, by sea, by air to reach and meet with other people for a wide variety of reasons. Business is important so one person will move from one part of the world to another to reach out to those that matter at the point in time. Family is important so relatives move from one end of the planet to another in search for family ties that hold and bind family together.

Yesterday I moved from Douala to Yaounde to meet family where I share food and drink and feel at home. The two towns are big cities in the country Cameroon of which I am an indigent. Big cities have a lot of traffic and moving about is needing extra care to avoid accidents on the busy roads, on the high way you see lots of people, lots of shops, lots of traffic so one must be very careful how to go about the day’s activities
